We are the industry

Enhance Training is for those who want the best education for themselves and the best results for the people they get to work with. We don’t just understand the early learning and childcare industries, we are the early learning and childcare industries. Enhance Training is part of the Hessel Group, which both employs people and assists those who are seeking disability support, aged care, childcare services and allied health services.

Unlike many training providers, we are an end-to-end service. This means that through Enhance Training and the wider Hessel Group you learn, complete placement, become qualified, complete training and even progress to positions within our wide network of Hessel Group care services and clients.

Direct from the experts

Our teachers and trainers are in the industry too. They have direct, recent, first-hand experience in the industry, so can relate to your questions and queries about the topic and demonstrate how these scenarios may play out on the job.

Real life practice, without the pressure

We have a dedicated Skills Lab set up with equipment to mimic environments you may come across on the job. This means you can fully practice the skills you’ve gained, minimising the stress of being faced with scenarios for the first time out in the real world. We find this helps our students to gain a positive understanding of their skills, without pressure.
