Why choose to study with Enhance Training?
We’re happy to acknowledge that there are many training organisations that offer support worker courses similar to ours, across the country. So why is Enhance Training the right choice for your career? What’s the Enhance Training difference?
We are the industry.
Enhance Training is for those who want the best education for themselves and the best results for their clients. We don’t just understand the support work industry, we are the support work industry. Enhance Training is part of the Hessel Group, which both employs people and assists those seeking disability support, aged care, childcare services and allied health professions.
Unlike many training providers, we are an end to end service. This means that through Enhance Training and the wider Hessel Group you can become qualified, complete training and even progress to positions within our wide network of Hessel Group care services.
Direct from the experts.
Our teachers and trainers are IN the industry too. They have direct, recent, first-hand experience in the industry so can relate to your questions and queries about the topic and demonstrate how these scenarios may play out on the job.
Real life practice, without the pressure.
We have a dedicated Skills Lab which is set up with real equipment to mimic environments you may come across on the job. This means you can practice the skills you’ve gained, in full, minimising the stress of being faced with scenarios for the first time out in the real world. We find this helps our students to gain a positive understanding of their skills, without pressure.
