Want to know what to expect from one of our nannies? Our nannies will;
- Create a stimulating, nurturing and safe environment.
- Attend to the physical, emotional and developmental needs.
- Implement your child’s daily routine.
- Support educational and age appropriate activities.
- Transport your child to and from activities/school.
- Perform light domestic duties related to the care of your child.
Once we have found the perfect nanny for your family, our relationship doesn’t end. Hessel Group will provide ongoing support for both yourself and your nanny.
Your Nanny is our employee
Our nannies are interviewed in person and screened to meet our standards. The nannies we choose to support your family are professional, experienced and are offered ongoing professional development.
We will also ensure that your nanny has up to date police clearances, first aid, Infection Control training and child safe environments certificates throughout their time with your family. Hessel Group’s policies and procedures allow us to ensure that no matter which one of our great employees you work with that you will receive the same high-level quality service each time.

This is a great option if you have a relative or friend who you would consider sharing a nanny with, in one home. One of our carers can care for up to four children.

Did you know that subsidies are available?
The In Home Care program forms part of the Government's Childcare funded services and is a care option for families who are unable to access mainstream childcare. In-Home Care attracts the Child Care Subsidy (CCS) for eligible families. With the support of In Home Care, you can have an educator in your home providing care and support for your child.
