Doinita joined Hessel Group in 2020 as a Behaviour Support Practitioner and then transitioned into the role of Intake Officer. With 15 years of experience in the Individual and Family Services industry, she is committed to supporting individuals in understanding their NDIS plans, Child Care Subsidy, and the potential opportunities available to them to achieve their goals and live their best lives.

Dearnne started as a Field Care at Hessel Group in 2006. Since starting in 2006, Dearnne has worn many hats at Hessel Group from working as a Field Carer to becoming a Support Officer. She champions working with families and organisations to find sustainable carer solutions that suit their needs such as In-Home Care and Mobile Creche services.

Toni has been working with Hessel Group for over seven years and across different business units. She has qualifications in Management and Human Resources. Toni is enthusiastic about helping people reach their full potential and finds joy in supporting both staff and participants in her role.

Ana Maria's career within the disability industry began as a support worker, where she's been assisting people with their daily living support, mentorship, and employment coaching for three and a half years.

She displays a big passion for helping others and public health and has recently graduated from the University of Adelaide with an honours in Psychology. She loves communicating with people and supporting others to access the services they need.
