Training Manager

As the Training and Compliance Manager, I oversee the development and delivery of high-quality education and training initiatives. My daily role includes designing new learning programs, coordinating existing programs, and driving change to introduce new initiatives to increase learner participation and completion rates.

With a solid foundation in front-line medical research, I am also working with academics and other stakeholders to develop an integrative medicine clinical research pilot study within the Community Services sector. In addition, I further consult on Business Development, Marketing Strategies, Copywriting, Research Projects, and Innovative Software Solutions for Healthcare and Education Delivery.

I have been blessed with the ability to build cohesive teams in Pharmaceutical Drug Discovery, Integrative Medicine centres, and in the Vocational & Educational Training sector.

Showing up and being present is key to engagement and effective leadership. I firmly believe in an Integrative approach to Education and Healthcare, and I have always coordinated teams to ensure a culture of continuous improvement. This collaboration leads to a culture of shared goals, shared leadership, open communication, trust, and clear role expectations which results in a happy, productive and supportive work environment.

In my new additional role as Compliance Manager, I ensure that the organisation maintains compliance and quality standards and adheres to the highest principles of education and training, including a focus on the Customer Journey, Innovation and Continuous Quality Improvement.

Rebecca comes with intensive knowledge in the Early Education industry, having worked as an educator in childcare centres for the past 10 years. She plays a critical part in the Enhance Training team since she started in 2017 and is constantly looking to grow in the organisation and implementing best practices for the students. She is currently completing her Bachelor in Education specialising in Early Childhood, having already completed her Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care as well as her Cert IV in Training and Assessment.

Individual Support Trainer & Assessor

"What I love about my role is working with students from diverse backgrounds, seeing my class bond, work together and adopt high quality care practices for clients."

Melinda has worked in the Health Care Industry for over 25 years, including roles in Leisure and Health, Community Coordination and management of Respite Services. Her background in Nursing and roles as an enrolled Nurse provides her with the experience, and this can be seen in her delivery of the units. She joined the team in 2018 after a successful stint at a local Group Training Organisation. Her other qualifications include a Diploma in Community Services, Cert IV in Training and Assessment, Cert IV Mental Health, Cert IV Leisure and Health, and a Cert III in Individual Support.

Alison has worked in Education for 20+ years, spanning Secondary, Primary, and Preschool contexts. This background provides her with varied experience that contributes to engaging delivery as well as skills embrace & nurture all types of learners. She joined the team in 2020 to develop herself further in the realm of adult education. Her qualifications include a Cert IV in Training & Assessment, Diploma in Early Childhood, Bachelor of Education & Masters in Human Resources.

Mamta is a passionate and experienced educator. For the past 20 years, Mamta has managed diverse roles and responsibilities in academic and vocational learning sectors that has strengthened her expertise as a teacher, business manager, curriculum developer and facilitator.

Now as a qualified Trainer and Assessor, Mamta aspires to make a difference and support students to develop their potential, create new career pathways and achieve their dreams.

As, Nelson Mandela said " Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world", Mamta believes that Education creates curiosity that drives the quest for innovation which change the world for the betterment of humankind.

Disability Trainer & Assessor

Beth has experience in both Disability specific and general community services, having worked in both state government and not for profit organisations. Her knowledge and skills also gave her the ability to be a carer for various family members, providing her with lived experience. She started as a trainer in 2003 and has worked for several Registered Training Organisations. Beth’s qualifications include a Bachelor of Social Science, Associate Degree in Social Science (Disability Studies) a Certificate IV Pastoral Care as well as her Cert IV in Training and Assessment.

Beth lives for the opportunity to help students grow into great support workers. She is a client advocate making sure that our students understand the need to work with each client according to their wishes.

Andrea has been with the Hessel Group since mid-2017, starting with RTO Compliance for Enhance Training and then expanding her compliance role to include the Care and Support Team. Having held various management and consulting roles within the Vocational Education and Training and Business sectors for longer than she would like to admit to, Andrea has the Bachelor of Teaching (Education and Training of Adults) and qualifications in management, human resources management and organisational psychology.

I’ve worked in various fields, but my passion lies in supporting people from a range of ages, diverse backgrounds, and cultures by harnessing their strengths and providing the resources they need to succeed in life.

She has a proven track record of networking with local employers to generate the “right fit” placement opportunities for students during and post-training. Having her Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and working within the training industry for the last 4 years has given her a sound understanding of the complete training and placement process.

I enjoy working as a Recruitment Officer for the Hessel Group as I get to speak to new people every single day. My role in the Hessel Group Training involves finding candidates, seeking out their goals, and helping them to achieve them by matching them to the right host organisations.

It’s a great feeling to meet someone at the very beginning of their career and watching them build their confidence and skills in an industry they love.

I have been working in the recruitment industry for 3 years and, like our trainees, I am continuously learning. Currently, I am undertaking a Diploma of Human Resources Management.

Using her highly tuned customer service and office management skills, Lana is exceedingly motivated to bring you the highest quality of customer service, where the student and our stakeholders always come first.

Administration Trainee

New to our Enhance Training team is Hayden, our Business Administration Trainee.

New to office work (not that we could tell) Hayden applied for this traineeship through Hessel GTO where we discovered that his values aligned with ours.

Hayden works with us 4 days per week and study for a Certificate III in Business BSB30115 with Qualify 1 day a week.

Hayden is responsible for answering all of our enquiries and helping prospective students make positive decisions.
