Training ManagerAs the Training Manager, I oversee the development and delivery of high-quality education and training initiatives. My daily role includes designing new learning programs, coordinating existing programs, and driving change to introduce new initiatives to increase learner participation and completion rates.
With a solid foundation in front-line medical research, I am also working with academics and other stakeholders to develop an integrative medicine clinical research pilot study within the Community Services sector. In addition, I further consult on Business Development, Marketing Strategies, Copywriting, Research Projects, and Innovative Software Solutions for Healthcare and Education Delivery.
I have been blessed with the ability to build cohesive teams in Pharmaceutical Drug Discovery, Integrative Medicine centres, and in the Vocational & Educational Training sector.
Showing up and being present is key to engagement and effective leadership. I firmly believe in an Integrative approach to Education and Healthcare, and I have always coordinated teams to ensure a culture of continuous improvement. Compliance ManagerEmma has worked in the sector for the past 16 years supporting organisations within the commercial and non for-profit service sectors and is passionate about ensuring the best possible service and outcome. Emma is a Registered Nurse and originally joined Hessel Group as a Behaviour Support Practitioner where she executed her passion to provide support, positive opportunities and optimise the wellbeing of clients she works with in this capacity.
Now working with the Corporate Services team across all business units at Hessel Group, Emma is our Compliance Manager where she draws on her vast experience to ensure our businesses are operating at full capacity, providing excellent service with up-to-date policies and procedures.

Nikki

Nikki has developed and maintained a strong and impressive reputation with clients with her natural ability to link knowledge taught, to skill applied in industry employment settings.
She has a proven track record of networking with local employers to generate the “right fit” placement opportunities for students during and post-training. Having her Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and working within the training industry for the last 4 years has given her a sound understanding of the complete training and placement process.

Training Administration OfficerWith a Bachelor of Commerce and a passion for helping people reach their personal development goals, Saba supports our training team, students, trainees and people enquiring about our courses to reach their potential.
Saba has extensive experience working in registered training organisations in various roles from student welfare through to coordinating traineeships for a vast array of industries.
Saba has excellent relationship skills which are highly regarded as she manages student enquiries through to the enrolment process while engaging with industry peers.

Bernie
Field OfficerBernie provides practical assistance to our trainees and host employers. With over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry, her focus has been on customer relations, and I thoroughly enjoy working with people. Recently, I have been working closely with Residential Aged Care facilities and hospitals to address their staffing needs and provide workforce solutions. It is truly fulfilling to witness trainees complete their courses and transition into employment in the industry, utilizing their new qualifications and skills.

Melinda
Individual Support Trainer & Assessor"What I love about my role is working with students from diverse backgrounds, seeing my class bond, work together and adopt high quality care practices for clients."
Melinda has worked in the Health Care Industry for over 25 years, including roles in Leisure and Health, Community Coordination and management of Respite Services. Her background in Nursing and roles as an enrolled Nurse provides her with the experience, and this can be seen in her delivery of the units. She joined the team in 2018 after a successful stint at a local Group Training Organisation. Her other qualifications include a Diploma in Community Services, Cert IV in Training and Assessment, Cert IV Mental Health, Cert IV Leisure and Health, and a Cert III in Individual Support.

Early Childhood Trainer & AssessorWith a wealth of experience spanning nearly 14 years in the Early Childhood Education and Care sector, Anh has had the privilege of working directly with children while also assuming leadership and managerial responsibilities as an Assistant Director. Anh has dedicated most of her journey at a children’s centre that exceeds the National Quality Standards, allowing her to gain invaluable insights and expertise along the way.
Anh holds both the Certificate III and Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, along with an Advanced Diploma of Community Sector Management and is working towards a Diploma in Vocational Education and Training to further enhance her skills as a Trainer and Assessor. Regardless of her experience, Anh remains approachable and is always eager to learn from others and share her experiences.

Andy
Learner Support Services Case ManagerAndy is passionate about helping people overcome their problems and improve their lives. He's known for being supportive, understanding and always positive - qualities that make him a trusted therapist, coach and mentor. Andy's work experience is quite diverse. He has worked in non-for-profit, non-secular organisations, helping with community projects, providing counselling, and training volunteers. He has a background in youth work and has supported individuals accessing NDIS in various roles such as disability support worker, behaviour support practitioner, and counsellor. Andy has also provided counselling and psychotherapy services to students in schools and universities, helping them work through their concerns related to study and mental health. Now, as a LSS Case Manager, Andy helps students deal with life problems that might affect their studies. Andy also aids students in improving their study skills, understanding the training system, and connecting them with helpful community services.
Andy holds a Master degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy from the University of Adelaide and is a registered counsellor with the Australian Counselling Association. Outside of work, Andy enjoys novels by Australian authors like Jane Harper and Christian White, sipping coffee, and learning about effective communication from Vinh Giang.
Andy's life is about supporting others and continuously learning to become better at what he does.

Learner Support Services Academic SupportSue has over 30 years of experience in the field of education, having worked in secondary, higher and vocational education. Sue was a high school teacher for 15 years before becoming a Lecturer and Adult Trainer for many Registered Training Organisations.
Sue holds a Diploma in Teaching, Bachelor of Education, Certificate IV in First Line Management, Certificate IV in Career Development and Certificate IV in Training and Development.
As an LSS Academic Support, Sue is an advocate for helping students achieve their educational goals, working and communicating with students and seeing them succeed.

Course AdvisorFiona is an academically-astute Course Advisor with exceptional listening and counseling skills. She understands academic offerings and occupational outlooks to guide students in making wise, life-impacting decisions. Fiona also coaches students on how to succeed academically and socially and formulating the best form of study of each individual.
As our student's first point of contact at Enhance Training, Fiona guides people through the early stages of enrolment understanding their career goals and aspirations and explains the process ahead before commencing study.
