About Hessel Group
Our mission is to help you find a sustainable solution for your needs. We innovate through collaboration with your team, the community and the government to help you reach your goals. Whether you want care and support services, a new career in the social care industry, or you'd like to take on a trainee for your business - we can help.

Care & Support
Providing in-home care and support services is in our DNA. It's how our organisation started and we continue to provide tailor-made in-home care options. Our dedicated team of in-home educators, nannies and babysitters are here to help with casual or regular services.
Enhance Training
Enhance Training is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO 40387) providing education and training in Early Childhood Education and Care, Disability Support and Aged Care disciplines. Our students are also assisted with their placement obligations using our strong network of industry organisations. Graduates of an Enhance Training course are confident, empathetic and most importantly, employable.
NDIS & Disability
With over twenty years of experience providing therapy and support in various settings, we are proud to be an NDIS Approved Provider and In-Home Care Approved Provider. Our compassionate and knowledgeable staff are dedicated to helping our clients to live happily and independently.

Our Journey
Our journey began in 1998 in the Adelaide home of our CEO and Founder, Tanya Cole. Frustrated with the lack of options for quality child care at home for her two young children, she decided to start a nanny agency. Tanya wanted to help other parents by taking away the confusion and difficulty of finding a nanny to care for their children at home. nannySA was born.
As Tanya helped more families with child care arrangements at home, she began to uncover more needs. She felt compelled to expand the service offering to continue to support as many South Australian families as she could. With the expansion came a name and branding change to Hessel Group which today incorporates; Enhance Training, Hessel GTO, Hessel Children's Centre and Hessel Allied Health and Behavior Support.
We have a team of over 300 staff, including nannies, babysitters, educators, trainers, disability support workers and allied health professionals. Tanya continues to steer the organisation and remains hands-on in the business that she built from the ground up.
In 2022 in readiness for further expansion, Brad Seaman joined Hessel Group as Director/Chief Strategy Officer.
