With over 18 years experience, she has steered organisations to success within the commercial and non for profit service sectors and led teams to operational excellence across diverse and complex portfolios, including child protection, disability and refugee services.

Paul brings over two decades of marketing experience to Hessel Group. Committed to making a positive impact in the sector, he promotes our unique blend of in-home care, allied health & behaviour support services, training, and children's programs. Paul's role is crucial in connecting new and existing clients with our wide range of life-enhancing services.

Through her work in finance, Carolina has honed her analytical thinking and decision-making skills. Carolina's extensive experience spans non-profit organisations and multinational corporations, complemented by a Master's in Accounting and a Chartered Institute of Management Accountant (CIMA) postgraduate advanced Diploma.

Emma has worked in the sector for the past 16 years supporting organisations within the commercial and non for-profit service sectors. Now working with the Corporate Services team across all business units at Hessel Group, Emma is compliance manager where she draws on her vast experience to ensure our businesses are operating at full capacity, providing excellent service with up-to-date policies and procedures.

Sravani, with an MBA from Adelaide University, is passionate about expanding her knowledge in HR Industrial Law. She thrives on connecting with others, fostering relationships, and promoting a positive work environment. In her role as P&C Coordinator, she manages the various needs of different departments, optimising procedures and enhancing employee experience.

Louise, our recruitment officer at Hessel Group! She's dedicated to finding the top talent across our various business functions, such as Support Workers, Educators and Therapists. With over 7 years of experience in recruitment within the social care industry, Louise loves discussing professional growth and the exciting opportunities within our organization with candidates.

Jyoti provides invaluable support to our Finance Department, handling both technical and administrative functions. Jyoti's friendly and approachable personality makes her a great fit for the team. Not only does she bring with her practical experience, but she also possesses a wealth of theoretical knowledge in various accounting procedures, acquired both internationally and in Australia.
