With over 18 years experience, she has steered organisations to success within the commercial and non for profit service sectors and led teams to operational excellence across diverse and complex portfolios, including child protection, disability and refugee services.

Jyoti provides invaluable support to our Finance Department, handling both technical and administrative functions. Jyoti's friendly and approachable personality makes her a great fit for the team. Not only does she bring with her practical experience, but she also possesses a wealth of theoretical knowledge in various accounting procedures, acquired both internationally and in Australia.

Ambika holds a Master’s degree in Accounting and Marketing from the University of Adelaide and has nearly completed her CPA qualification. She brings experience across finance, payroll, budgeting, financial reporting, compliance, and business operations.

Collaboration, continuous improvement, and delivering practical solutions are at the heart of Ambika’s approach to work. She enjoys solving problems, streamlining processes, and supporting both the organisation and the people it serves. Guided by attention to detail, integrity, and a proactive mindset, she strives to build strong relationships and contribute to meaningful outcomes.
