Tony OuFinance Manager
Tony is Hessel Group's Finance Manager, working closely with the executive team to support the growth and efficiency of the business.
Tony is a qualified accountant and recognised as FCPA with over 25 years professional experience within a broad range of industries including Health, Agribusiness, Dealership, Telecommunication and Investment and Finance Services.
With responsibility for all financial reporting and management, Tony draws on his knowledge and experience to ensure the business runs effectively with room for optimal growth.
Janis LeiAssistant Accountant
Janis is Hessel Group's Assistant Accountant working as an integral member of our Finance Team.
Janis graduated from the University of Adelaide with a Bachelor of Commerce and has spent the past couple of years as an Assistant Accountant with other local firms.
With responsibility of the organisation's Accounts Payable function, Janis has established vital relationships with our industry partners, staff and clients.
Harriet BrownRecruitment Development Officer
I enjoy working as a Recruitment Officer for the Hessel Group as I get to speak to new people every single day. My role involves finding candidates, seeking out their goals, and helping them to achieve them by matching them to the right positions within our company.
It’s a great feeling to meet someone at the very beginning of their career and watching them build their confidence and skills in an industry they love.
I have been working in the recruitment industry for 3 years and I am continuously learning. Currently, I am undertaking a Diploma of Human Resources Management.
Louise BrutenRecruitment Development Officer
Working within Hessel Group's recruitment strategy, Louise works to recruit the best available talent across our business functions. This includes, Disability Support Workers, Educators, Carers, Trainees, Trainers and Administration professionals.
Louise has over 5 years experience in recruitment within the social care industry and enjoys speaking with candidates about their professional development and opportunities within our organisation.
Louise advises and assists candidates attain the appropriate clearances, qualifications and licences and also conducts inductions for all staff commencing with Hessel Group.
Michelle GalePayroll and Administration
Before working at the Hessel Group, I worked in retail and hospitality for what feels like forever. I began working in payroll at one retail company before coming to the Hessel Group in 2018, after completing a Bachelor of Commerce.
During my time here, the company has grown so much, keeping me on my toes looking after so many people. I also work in the background with the In-Home Care area, keeping everything running as smoothly as possible and invoicing our clients. With a finance background, I enjoy working with numbers and making them work.
I have enjoyed the challenge of a completely new industry and learning everything I can to fulfil my role.
Nikita is a Hessel Group Training Organisation (GTO) trainee and is completing her on the job training as Hessel Group's Receptionist while studying for her Certificate III in Business (BSB30120) with North Eastern Vocational College.
With an entrepreneurial mindset having established a small jewellery business, Nikita brings to our organisation excellent business and customer service skills with an eagerness to continue to learn and develop.
