I joined Hessel Group Training Organisation (GTO) after working in the health care sector for 9 years, predominantly in Aged Care and Disability.
I found Hessel Group almost by accident and after meeting them, I walked away knowing I wanted to work with them. I am passionate about the social care industry and the workforce issues they face.

My role as Growth and Partnerships Manager is all about connecting with leaders in the Aged Care, Disability and Child Care industries to get them started on their Host Employer journey with Trainees who will ultimately become integral, long-term, skilled employees.
