Out and About

Nikki and Sarah spent the day meeting Craigmore High School Students. There was a lot of interest in options and pathways after school and understanding that you can undertake a course or traineeship and then work in the social care industry with the possibility of taking on further study to advance their careers.

Gill and Harriet attended the Southern Adelaide Jobs Fair at Morphetville Racecourse. Job seekers were in attendance and we were able to discuss the opportunities available within Hessel Group as well as the Social Care Industry.

We received many resumes and were able to discuss the benefits of working within this sector and the many opportunities for growth and development.

Doinita & Tara attended the Parafield Gardens High School Careers Day and met many students interest in child care, disability and aged care careers with many mentioning that they have a family member working in the industry and how much they loved their work.

We discussed courses and traineeship options and the pathways that stem from learning.

All events were well attended and they're also a great opportunity to catch up with people representing their organisations and industry.
