Trainer / Assessor - Disability or Aged Care

We are currently seeking an experienced and innovative trainer/assessor to join our growing team of professionals to deliver and assess the Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability/Aged Care) (CHC33015) and/or Certificate IV in Disability (CHC43115).

The Hessel Group began in 1998 as a small business providing professional care and support to local families. Since then, we have expanded dramatically and currently encompasses numerous departments such as:

  • Enhance Training – Registered Training Organisation 40387
  • Group Training Organisation
  • Allied Health Services & Behavioural Support
  • Care & Support
  • A Children's Centre in Port Adelaide.

If you have a passion for developing and fostering the skills of individuals through the facilitation of high-quality training then this may be the role for you.

To be considered for this position you must have:

  • Current and relevant industry experience/qualifications in the Disability or Aged Care sector (minimum 2 years)
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or above
  • Driver's license
  • ASQA and VET Knowledge
  • Training matrix/mapping and session planning
  • Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Current First Aid certificate
  • A willingness to travel as some regional travel may be required as part of the role.
