To become a part of our team you will need:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (and ready to start on an upskill traineeship diploma).
- Passionate about providing quality care and education to young children.
- Strong understanding of child development principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
Responsibilities:
- Create a warm, safe, and engaging learning environment for infants and toddlers.
- Develop and implement age-appropriate educational programs and activities that promote physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Conduct regular assessments to track and support each child's progress.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a cohesive and supportive educational experience.
- Maintain a clean and organised classroom conducive to learning.
- Stay informed about current best practices in early childhood education.
