You’ll also be able to work in qualified roles where you may be supervising other staff and volunteers.

In house student support

You will receive great student support throughout your studies with Enhance Training where you will have your own trainer providing support or for more individualised strategies, a learner support service (LSS) case manager will be assigned to you. We are the industry

Enhance Training is for those who want the best education for themselves and the best results for the people they get to work with. Enhance Training is part of the Hessel Group, which both employs people and assists those who are seeking disability care, aged care, childcare services and allied health professions.

Unlike many training providers, we are an end to end service. This means that through Enhance Training and the wider Hessel Group you learn, complete placement, become qualified, complete training and even progress to positions within our wide network of Hessel Group care services.

Direct from the experts

Our teachers and trainers are IN the industry too. They have direct, recent, first-hand experience in the industry so can relate to your questions and queries about the topic and demonstrate how these scenarios may play out on the job.
