HOW DO WE HELP?
Learner Support Services are funded by the SA government if students are assessed as needing support and delivered through individualised case management through approved providers.
Enhance is proud to be an approved provider of the service which allows an individualised assistance support program to be developed while addressing individual barriers to learning, supporting the students to stay in training and complete their qualification and assist with their transition and adaptation to the workplace.
We work alongside students to navigate and plan their way through their studies, work placements and for a 12-week period after study has been completed.
The case manager works with individuals to determine what their support needs are, gathers information about their strengths, challenges, interests, concerns and circumstances and goals for further study or employment, create an individualised support plan and implement actions that will reduce barriers to access, participate and succeed.
YOUR TRAINER/LEARNER SUPPORT SERVICE CASE MANAGER
Your trainer/learner support service case manager will be your biggest support throughout your studies, that is why each student is allocated to one. We will provide you with their direct contact details so that they can assist with study plans, flexible delivery and even after hours support.
We will support you with finding access to great industry resources such as websites, mailing lists and subscriptions to ensure you’re informed with the most up to date information.
All internal students will have WIFI access during classes at our Fullarton Training Rooms.

During the course we will provide with the tools and guidance on securing your placement. We have great industry partners, so we will here to assist you in this process.
